On July 13, the largest electrochemical energy storage power station in China was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation in Yarkant County, Xinjiang. CRRC Zhuzhou Research Institute provided a full set of energy storage system integration equipment for the power station. The Xinhua Power Generation Shache 800000 kW photovoltaic+200000 kW/80000 kWh energy storage integrated project is invested and constructed by Shaanxi Xinhua Water Resources and Hydropower Investment Co., Ltd. The supporting energy storage scale of this project is 200MW/800MWh, making it the largest electrochemical energy storage power station in China at present. Shaanxi Construction Engineering New Energy is the contractor of energy storage power stations, and CRRC Zhuzhou Institute is the supplier of energy storage power station equipment.
